Facing your limits!
Facing your limits is a group of like minded people who are taking on three challenges, pushing their mental and physical capacity custom coursework in order to raise as much money as they can for three charities:
- East Anglian Air Ambulance
- Addenbrookes Charitable Trust
- Victim Support
These three charitable organisations have been fundamental to the survival and support of Brett Anthony and Mo Lea, who’s personal dissertation examples stories have inspired us to take on the following challenges:
- Walk from Body Flight Bedford to Addenbrookes hospital
- Bicycle ride from Lands End to John O’Groats
- Kayak paddle on the Great River Ouse from Bedford to the Wash
Find out about our ‘athletes’ (Sophy, Donna and Ali) (we say athletes in the loosest sense of the word) , our survivors (Mo and Brett), our support pair (Louise and Peter) and our ‘puppy’ mascots (Barkley and Baley). Whilst we have a common goal, every member of our campaign have their own special reason for taking part!
In the build up to our three main events we will be running a number of exciting fundraising events including a quiz, a world record attempt and an auction of promises. For dates and further information follow us of twitter @FacingURlimits or like us on Facebook for regular updates!
